WHEN WE WILL SHIP THE ORDERS?

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you place it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.

HOW LONG THE DELIVERY WILL TAKE?

The delivery fulfillment will take 3 to 7 working days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.
 
WHEN RECEIVED THE DAMAGED GOODS

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at services@elecprohack.com. within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.

WILL MY SHIPMENT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?

1. Our website does not have a signature service by default.

2. If you need the signature service, you can choose the signature required when you place an order. An Extra fee for a Direct signature may be charged.

NOTICE:
Some items, depending on value, shipping issues, or size are shipped with Signature Required (Signature Required). Someone from the household will need to sign for these items. These items can also be picked up and signed for at the local FedEx location if you contact them and arrange for this.
If a Direct signature is required, Someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery. Direct signature deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. If no one is at the address, FedEx may reattempt the delivery.
 
SHIPPING LOCATION

1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

NOTE:
1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case you don't like the item you bought or you place the wrong order.
