Return&Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition for Applying a Return:
1.Changed your mind or No longer wanted
2.Damaged and Defective
3.Don't conform to the description
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, undamaged condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no lack of parts.
If the original packaging too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that's similar to the original.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee
1.Shipping fee: You ask for a return for no reason.
Applicable return shipping fee costs will be deduceted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the lacation of the return, the size and weight of the item, and the seleceted return method.In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.
NOTES For Return Method:
There are two ways:
(1) You can use the shipping label we provided and the shipping fee & processing fee whill be deducted from your refund.
(2) You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost, then the processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Shipping fee: Quality problems or items do not match the description
Return shipping costs will be borne by our platform. However, any delivery shipping fee or service charges collected on the order will not refunded.
Return and Refund Timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at services@elecprohack.com.
3. Refund time: 7-15 business (Days)
Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund, However, If the order is in processing, A cancellation fee may be charged.
Contact us via services@elecprohack.com. to have your order canceled immediately.
Please, provide the order details, including the order number, receiver's name, and/or email address.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
(2) Order Cancellation After Shipment:
If you cancel the order and the product has already shipped, we will attempt to have the carrier RTS (Return To Shipper) the product back to us. After the product has been returned to our warehouse, you will receive a full refund minus a flat shipment cancellation fee of $18.
Cancellations after shipment are only valid to FedEx and UPS. All orders must be rejected at delivery.
After receiving your returned item, the full refund minus a flat shipment cancellation fee will be credited back to your original payment within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-E-Macht items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
